Our mould of making range includes electron & computer peripheral, household equipment, toy & craftwork, lamp and lanterns, camera & vidicon equipment, communication components and so on. Established in 1993 as Vision plastic mold manufactory, covering an area about 3000 square meters, currently employ more than 300 people, including 50 manager, 90 technologist, 20 quality inspector. In the last year 2003, we applied to Moody International Certification Ltd for the certificate, for our all stuffs effort, as a result of our application were authorized successfully, So from that time on, our all operation are strictly carried out according to ISO9001:2000 standard. Meanwhile our advance equipment has been imported from Austria, Germany, Italy, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, there apparatus include 23 injection machines (from 3A-40A), 6 sparkling processing machines, 3 CNC processing center. 26 high Precision CNC Lathe,Auto Lathe,10 Pad printing machine(include multi-color and single-color), 3 Wire-cutting machine, 1 high precision projector. In recent years, through cooperation with multinational company with Philips, Haier and Samsung. Now our annual turnover in USD 10,000,000-50,000,000. Our R&D capability has been greatly advanced by the use of CAD/CAM technology. We could produce all kinds of moulds in accordance with your drawing, samples and your special OEM/ODM requirements.
